There is no single official Warzone meta. Every tier list you've seen is one site's editorial judgment applied to Raven's raw numbers. How the Overall Grade is actually calculated ▾
Each weapon is scored 0–100 across eight independent factors, informed by current-season testing and aggregator consensus (see sources in the footer). Battle Royale and Resurgence use different weightings for the same eight scores — that's the whole point. A gun tuned for 90-meter lanes and a gun tuned for building-to-building pushes are not competing for the same title.
Squad-Wipe Score and Controller Friendliness are tracked separately and shown per weapon, but aren't folded into the weighted grade — a gun can be a poor overall pick and still be the best squad-wipe tool in the game (see: shotguns). The Legacy Vault tab uses the same scoring engine for nostalgia/reference, but those weapons are not currently craftable in BO7 Warzone.
